This notice describes the current service. Operator identity, contact details and the final legal terms are awaiting owner confirmation before paid checkout opens.
The service processes the data needed for your account and workspace. This draft lists the current flows; it does not replace the final privacy notice.
Data stored for the service
Email, password hash, profile preferences, sessions, trees, projects, tasks and files or recordings you upload. Tokens are stored as hashes; access history and security checks support scoped API use.
On your device
Session cookies keep you signed in. Language and theme preferences remember your choices. The installed app may cache its shell and supported text work in device storage; uploaded files are not put in the offline queue.
Connections you choose
Your connected tools use the scopes you grant. Uploaded audio is sent to an application transcription provider only when it is connected and you request transcription. If you choose browser dictation, the browser may send audio to its own speech service; it is not guaranteed to work on device or offline. Public demos never invoke a provider.
Managing your work
You can edit or delete your own tasks, projects and attachments and export a tree as JSON. The account-deletion request channel and retention schedule are awaiting publication.

The operator’s verified legal name, address, contact channel, complete service terms and account-deletion process are not published yet. This page makes no jurisdiction, refund or service-availability commitment.
The public example is synthetic. Its tasks stay in page memory and are not saved to your account.
